Susan Craig assisted us in selling our previous home and buying our new home. She was patient, she listened to our needs and concerns, and she was always accessible and responsive. She is a tough negotiator but she always had our best interest in mind. The result was that we got top dollar for our sale and a bargain on our buy. She came recommended to us by several contacts and we continue to highly recommend her as well. She would be our first choice on any future sales or purchases. As a side note...no one asked me to post this but after reading a negative review, I thought it appropriate to show a point of view and experience that was totally opposite.
