  I was a guest for a funeral here and I was not impressed. I'm writing based on my experience as a guest here and what I observed. I was so furious with my experience here that I felt compelled to write a review. I first arrived and the funeral service had started. I had brought food and while I went to drop off the food in the reception area, it was still not done being set up. A worker was still setting up chairs. How are you going to finish setting up as the service is occurring. That's poor time management skills and poor planning. That was a first red flag for me. The bathroom area was not set up, the paper towels were in storage. Throughout the service none of the trashcans were emptied, even though they were very well overfilled. I don't really care about the small details, I'm mostly writing this review because of the service staff. I found the overall staff rude. I have never been so frustrated. People were here for a funeral and they were grieving, but the staff had no sympathy for the service that was happening. They were all talking in loud voices, they weren't whispering. The owner herself left her phone ringer on and it went off more times than I could count, and rather than stepping off to the side to talk or stepping into the office she was talking with a normal volume in the lobby, while the service was happening. I was near the back, and I could hear exactly what they were talking about appointments and how the appointment in the afternoon was cancelled and what they needed to wear for the next funeral. Like are you kidding? The staff was plain rude when people asked them questions. I understand that this is a funeral home and they go through multiple services, but that is plain unacceptable. Be respectful for each client and all the guests and what they're going through, they are grieving for a loved one and there was no sense of respect from the staff.
