- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Only giving two stars because the lady who greets up front was nice. Terrible system and a compete waste of time. First sent to the “virtual” teller system, wasted time then told me Check couldn’t be cashed (a Bank of America check) because it was too large. Then they sent me to a back teller who wasted my time telling me she couldn’t cash because I’m not an account holder, even though I have two Forms of ID and she couldn’t give me a reason. Complete waste of time and I’d give 0 stars if it wasn’t for the nice Lady up front.By Shane Catlett, July 14, 2017
