  • I went to this school and it was pretty okay. Some of the teachers where rude but mostly they where amazing. My 5th grade year was not the best. Honestly i only miss Kim Huston and Heather Hartman. They are amazing teachers that i will always remember. The people at the school my friends or i personally had pretty bad experiences with are Pam Hartley, Kelly Duggan, Leanette Spencer and Sabrina Fowler. The kids at that school are not well behaved or don't really get a bad punishment that teaches them NOT to do that. I will miss this school as i go on to radloff. -Cattleya Beyer

Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Others should not even be teachers with their lack of skills. STEAM night last night was a very poor demonstration of what it is and trying to get us involved. Even my daughter found it to be boring. We did like the "nature guy" as she said. Same thing for any of their events so far as they are all very poorly put together. It seems as if they are hurting for money as everything that was done for fun at her old school (BLES) cost money here. Every time you "turn around" they are asking for money to do something fun like pajama day or wear a hat day. Good example is that the first week of school we were given fundraising packets to have turned in not even 2 weeks later. Then another one a little bit later. If it was for a good cause that I believed in then I would help but you forcing us to donated to your cause or let the child be left out could be considered bullying as my daughter said it this morning. She only goes here because we moved to be within walking distance. I talked to a few people and they said they enjoyed it and not to believe their reviews for why they are a C rated school. No, believe those ratings. We are planning to move just to get her into a better school. Update 1/26/18: Playgrounds have nails sticking up out of the picnic tables. I even mentioned it and they haven't done anything about it even a month later. Guess they do not care about our kids safety.
